Founded by Mike Manzo, there wasn’t a single moment that created THE SEEDS LA. It grew over time through experiences, conversations and the understanding that people often carry more than they show.

After years of working alongside individuals and families navigating real-life challenges, one truth became clear: people don’t just need advice or resources, they need to feel understood, supported and connected. That realization became the foundation for this work.

The name reflects a simple belief: growth takes time, care, and the right environment. Communities flourish when people feel seen, when opportunities are accessible and when support feels genuine.

THE SEEDS LA was created to cultivate that kind of space. This work is deeply personal, shaped by witnessing resilience and learning that real change happens through consistency, empathy and showing up.

Through this initiative, my goal is to create humanity and a commitment to cultivating dignity, connection and opportunity where we live.
