We are a peer support program rooted in the belief that the most powerful help comes from someone who truly understands. Just real people supporting real people right here in Los Angeles.

THE SEEDS LA connects individuals and families to support that meets them where they are. Through peer-led services, we walk alongside people navigating life's hardest moments, offering the tools, guidance, and community they need to rise.
Our services include:
Peer Support Services: One-on-one and group support led by trained individuals with shared lived experience
Mentoring: Consistent, trusted relationships that help people set goals, stay accountable, and believe in what's possible
Life Skills Training: Practical workshops covering budgeting, communication, self-advocacy, housing navigation, and more
Empowerment Workshops: Community sessions designed to build confidence, identity, and personal power
Staff Development: Training and support for peer support workers, community health workers, and frontline staff to grow professionally and prevent burnout
